User Agreement

(Terms of Use of the Website)

This Agreement governs the use of the Website of the Public Association "Association of Professional Footballers of the Kyrgyz Republic" (hereinafter — "APFKR") and the user's personal account. Use of the Website constitutes acceptance of these terms.

1. Definitions

"Website" — the official APFKR website located at unionkg.org, including the user's personal account.

"User" — an adult natural person who has registered on the Website or uses its functionality.

"Administrator" — an authorized representative of APFKR.

"APFKR Member" — a user whose account has been confirmed by an administrator and who belongs to one of the membership categories provided for by the Public Offer.

2. Registration and Access

2.1. Registration is available to adult male and female footballers who fall within one of the membership categories provided for by the Public Offer for payment of the membership fee.

2.2. When registering, the user undertakes to provide accurate personal and registration data and to read this Agreement, the Public Offer, and the Privacy Policy.

2.3. After registration, the account receives the status "Pending Review". Access to the personal account and to the functions available to an APFKR Member is granted only after the account has been confirmed by an administrator.

2.4. APFKR has the right to request clarification of information and supporting documents to verify identity, age, and registration data, as well as to refuse account confirmation if inaccurate information is detected.

3. User Obligations

The user undertakes to:

• provide accurate data and update it in a timely manner in the event of changes;

• not transfer access to the account (login, password, confirmation codes) to third parties, and to bear responsibility for all actions performed in the account;

• not use the Website for unlawful purposes, distribution of spam, attempts to interfere with the operation of the system, circumvention of protective mechanisms, or other abuses;

• comply with the terms of the Public Offer when paying membership fees;

• keep contact details (email, phone) up to date.

4. Rights of APFKR

APFKR has the right to:

• refuse account confirmation in the event of inaccurate data or suspicion of abuse;

• suspend or block an account in the event of a breach of the terms of this Agreement;

• change the functionality of the Website, the scope and procedure for providing services;

• amend the terms of this Agreement, the Public Offer, and other documents in accordance with the procedure set out in Section 9.

5. Payment of the Membership Fee

5.1. The terms, amount, and procedure for paying the membership fee are determined by the Public Offer for payment of the membership fee posted on the Website.

5.2. The membership fee is valid for one year from the date of payment (date to date). The fee is not recalculated proportionally to the number of months in the event of early termination of membership.

5.3. The user independently chooses the payment method: a one-off payment or the activation of auto-debit (if the function is available on the Website and the user has given separate consent).

5.4. By default, auto-debit is disabled. The Website does not initiate any debits without action by the user.

5.5. The user has the right to disable auto-debit at any time in the personal account. Disabling stops future debits; the previously paid membership period remains in force until its end date.

5.6. Refunds of erroneous and duplicate payments are made in accordance with the procedure set out in the Public Offer.

6. Notifications

6.1. Notifications are sent to the email address provided by the user at registration and/or displayed in the personal account.

6.2. The user is required to keep contact details up to date. A notification sent to the email address provided by the user is deemed to have been delivered.

7. Personal Data

7.1. The processing of users' personal data is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy posted on the Website.

7.2. Consent to the processing of personal data is given by the user at registration on the Website by ticking the relevant box.

8. Account Deletion and Termination of Membership

8.1. The user has the right to stop using the Website at any time and to apply to the administrator for the deletion of the account by sending a request to apfkr@outlook.com.

8.2. Deletion of the account entails termination of membership in APFKR. The membership fee paid for the current paid period is non-refundable, except in cases of erroneous or duplicate payments provided for by the Public Offer.

8.3. Certain data may be retained after account deletion for the periods provided for by the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Privacy Policy (in particular, payment data — for accounting purposes).

9. Amendments to the Agreement

9.1. APFKR has the right to unilaterally amend this Agreement, the Public Offer, and other documents posted on the Website.

9.2. The new version enters into force from the moment of its publication on the Website, unless a different date is specified in the version itself. The date of the latest revision is indicated at the beginning of each document.

9.3. The user is notified of material changes by email and/or via a notification in the personal account.

9.4. Continued use of the Website after the changes enter into force constitutes the user's consent to the new version. If the user disagrees, they have the right to stop using the Website and to delete their account.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1. APFKR takes reasonable measures to ensure the stable operation of the Website but does not guarantee the absence of temporary failures, technical maintenance, or interruptions of service.

10.2. APFKR is not liable for the actions of banks, payment services, hosting providers, telecommunications providers, or other third parties.

10.3. APFKR is not liable for damage caused as a result of the user's breach of the terms of this Agreement, transfer of account data to third parties, or provision of inaccurate information.

11. Final Provisions

11.1. This Agreement is governed by the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.

11.2. The parties shall endeavor to resolve all disputes arising in connection with the use of the Website through negotiations. If no agreement is reached, disputes shall be referred to the courts at the location of APFKR in accordance with the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.

11.3. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

11.4. Use of the Website constitutes the user's full and unconditional acceptance of this Agreement.
